You Don??t Have to Over-Exercise to Lose Weight.

As good as exercise is for us, even in regards to weight loss, one factor that must be kept in mind is 'moderation is key'. Exercise is good for us and we all need some sort of it to keep our bodies in good health. However when you are seeking to lose weight, it is important not to put abnormal strain on your body or you will defeat your purpose and do more harm than good.

For an effective use of exercise for weight loss, first of all be sure you are healthy. It is wise to have a physical check up before you begin an exercise regime, especially if you are recovering from an illness. It is very important not to over do it.

In addition to this piece of advice, there are some other factors that should be implemented to avoid over-exertions and injuries as a result of exercise especially when seeking to lose weight.

-Start exercising gradually, stretch and warm the body up adequately.

-Carry out each exercise correctly.

-Exercise regularly and if possible at a set time daily.

-Wear clothing that is comfortable

-Exercise patience, results will come over time do not expect instant consequences

-Be mindful of heat exhaustion, especially in hot summer days

-Be aware of warning signs like fatigue and strain. Don't feel like you have to make that last repetition, you can always come back to it tomorrow. Besides, your muscles need to get stronger anyway.

-Be regular with your exercise, not overkill one day and weeks of inactivity.

Also keep in mind that exercise as well as adequate rest should always be coupled with a healthy diet for maximum results.

So, do remember, as much as exercise comes as needed for weight loss, sometimes, easy does it.

This lent itself into finding the solutions to the maladies acne and asthma, of which he was suffering, after other conventional methods proved unsuccessful. Consequently, this placed him on the path of naturopathy otherwise known as drugless healing.

Through a radical change in diet and exercise: (Yoga and Calisthenics), he was able to banish close to a decade of his marring acne and a lifetime of asthma. Along with this came the disappearance of depression, lethargy and a marked increase in overall health and fitness.

Convinced of the efficiency of the methods passed down from great health pioneers, in his words: "My goal is to show as many people as I can the wonderful results of Nature's way of healing the body if she's only given half a chance! There is no limit to the potential the human body has when it adheres to her laws! With proper diet, positive mental attunement and exercise, any and everyone can unshackle the bondage of misery and disease in one's own life."
