Living in the Past; Part 1

"Do not let the future be held hostage by the past." -Neal Maxwell

Nothing can be more disabling to your success than your tendency to live in your past.

How many times have you wanted to start something new in your life when the voices in your head started telling you that you can't do it?

Yesterday is history. We must always focus on the present if we want to change. This is the biggest secret to letting go of old patterns.

I challenge you to resolve to let go of your past right now. Repeat to yourself, "Be Here Now."

The simple act of refusing to let memory hold you back can help you overcome addictions, develop new skills, take action on a dream or express your genius to the world.

No matter who you've been in the past you can create the you that you want to be NOW.

Do it!
